Commissions are settled via bank transfer using the credit note procedure. SOLEA Epoxy Jewelry is entitled to issue a credit note for the services provided by the influencer in the name and on behalf of the influencer in accordance with Section 11 (8) of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

Not necessarily. If you collaborate regularly, a small business makes sense.
For one-time actions, it is sufficient to declare the income in your tax return.
