Suitable for very small amounts of ashes. Any material not used will be sent back to you.

How does the order process work?

First choose a necklace, bracelet or ring and design your piece in the configurator. After your order, we send you the exact mailing instructions by email.

Which keepsakes can I send in?

Dry materials such as ashes, hair, fur, flowers, sand or small pieces of fabric are suitable. Usually only a very small amount is needed.

What can you not process?

We do not accept finger, nose or paw prints, and we do not accept bodily fluids such as blood, breast milk or saliva.

Do I need to send the material before ordering?

No. Please order your piece first. Afterwards you will receive all details on how to send your keepsake safely and correctly.

How quickly will I receive an answer?

Depending on our workload, email inquiries may sometimes take 2–3 business days. We are usually easier to reach quickly by phone.

Do you provide personal design drafts beforehand?

Shape, material, size, epoxy design and visibility are selected directly in the configurator. Extensive individual drafts or photo previews are not part of the standard process.

How long does production take?

Production starts once your keepsake material has arrived. From that point, making the piece usually takes about 3 to 5 business days.

Will remaining material be returned?

Yes. Any material that is not used will of course be sent back to you.
